We are looking for someone to join our expanding customer support team to provide excellent customer service and ensure our users get the best possible experience with us. You will be the first point of contact, which means you will be speaking to users over the phone or via email. You will be problem solving, supporting our customers, and answering their general queries.
No previous experience is required as you will be fully trained by our dynamic customer support team members. You will develop the skillset to understand our customers’ needs and expectations, to respond accurately to their queries and potentially identify software issues to be reported to our development team. Further development opportunities can be provided based on how you progress, such as providing regular assistance to potential customers in their trial period, creating new user guides, conducting webinars for individuals and/or groups, and much more.
You will have the choice of working full-time within the office or splitting your time between the office and working from home. All CashCalc employees are set up to work remotely, allowing the freedom and flexibility to work within the office some days and work from home on others so our employees can achieve that perfect balance between work and home life. £17,500 - £20,000 per annum (based on experience)
